I went to see THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW at Øksnehallen yesterday! It was hilarious!
I’ve seen that film so many times, but until now I never found myself watching it with other real fans! It adds so much to the experience!
Imagine 200 grown ups shouting asshole and slut at the main caracters everytime their names are said! Imagine 200 people putting a newspapers on their head, spraying water at each other, throwing rice and slices of bread! If you don’t now what I’m talking about, you should really check it out if you get the chance!

A Perfect Birthday

The weather is just great!

The food is fantastic: gazpacho, fish, potatoes, salad, youghurt with berries, and for coffee: buns with marmelade and a danish birthday cake with strawberries and 24 candles! Yam yam yam…

Family: four generations around the table – the youngest 8 month, the oldest 80 years old!

Friends waiting for me downtown! (I’m probably going to roll there, with all that delicious food in my stomach! Haha)

Lot’s of nice messages on my mobile and email, (first one was from Paul, no surprise there! Says he misses me, so he is going to visit me in Copenhagen in August! Yaaaaay!)

I’m probably going to the beach again tomorrow before I leave for Copenhagen monday!

I came home to a football crazy country on saturday! It was amazing – people were dancing in the streets everywhere, blocking the roads with xl flags and banners – shouting and singing at the top of their lungs! Crazy crazy! And all because of that silly game!

After wandering the magic streets of Flensburg, I went to a party at the Harbour! Bonfires, bread on a stick and Flens (the local beer)! Maaaan how I’ve missed that!

I’ve been baby sitting a 8 month old cutypie today… well …she started crying 45min before mum (my sister) came back from the hairdresser, but until then we had a blast! She can throw her hands in the air to show how biiiiiig she is! Such a clever kid!

Roskilde is over and I’ve had my 20 hours of sleep, time for an update!

SO MUCH FUN! Now I remember why I used to go to festivals every year!

The only thing that wasn’t quite right this time was my camp. The people I used to camp with in the old days have found other (cheaper) festivals to go to! So this time I lived with a couple of right out of high school girls, which was fun, but a little annoying at times! They naturally attracted more 21 year olds than I would have liked to be entertained by, so I had to get away a couple of times to party with some real mature grown-ups… Haha

The weather was fantastic! We went swimming 7 times
The Music… Scissor sisters… Kaizers orchestra… one word! Amazing!

I also went to see and enjoyed Tool, Deftones, Seed, Wir Sind Helden, Sigur Ros, Franz Ferdinand, The Strokes, Roger Waters, Ruben Ramos, Editors, Matisyahu, Morrissey, The Streets, Phoenix, Him, The Figurines, Mad Caddies, Wolfmother, The Raconteurs and probably a lot of other stuff that I can’t remember right now!

I don’t know if it’s just me, but 95% of the people I met where from other nordic countries… I believe I used to meet a lot more people from belgium, holland, germany, spain, england etc.!
Things change I suppose… maybe it’s because of the ticket prices! It’s ok though…

I promise to upload some pictures to my flickr account for you to enjoy later… right now I just need something warm to drink for my throat! (Acid-urine-dust and sweaty dancing in cold nights = bad! My throat still suffers!)

Talk to you later – I’m BBQ’ing with some friends in Søndermarken later, so I have to find some fish to put on the grill… yamnam!
